Alfa Romeo Giulia (952)
Model Years Produced: 2017 to Current
Summary
The Giulia sedan marked Alfa Romeo’s mainstream return to the US market, and the “Quadrifoglio” performance version is quite simply the best performance sedan that money can buy. The suspension, steering, engine, and drivetrain all work in perfect harmony to deliver a driving experience unrivaled by anything from the Germans or Americans, which may almost make it worth dealing with the near-guaranteed maintenance headaches the car will provide too.
Primary Criticisms
Major
- The Quadrifoglio is an Alfa Romeo with a Ferrari engine. Don’t count on it being reliable.
Minor
- Interior isn’t quite as nice as its German competitors.

Quadrifoglio
While the Giulia itself is a largely unremarkable luxury sedan, the Quadrifoglio version is a prime example of why Italian performance cars are world-renown and why Alfa Romeo has persisted through the years despite their spotty reputation for reliability. Who needs an M3 when you have a Ferrari V6 and steering like this?
